I think that I liked how the interviewer tried to relate to us and find some of the same experiences which we had have in our work life.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Recognize that candidates can grow into a position given the chance, especially full time employees.
Get people that know how to interview. People that have actually worked the job and not some university graduate that has no common sense.
