I have flexibility to work from home or in the office and can set my own hours. I hold myself to a very high standard which is mirrored by my team. The bottom line is we produce great products, enabled by management's flexibility. My individual contributions will pay off huge financially in due time

the comps and stats say it all... being paid for the quality of work and not quantity, being paid for work outside our job description at a negotiated rate etc.
100% Because of Nitish he has removed the ability of my manager to hire and fire employees. There are individuals that are not meeting the sales goals and nothing is done while there are other that exceed the goals and there is a disincentive to pay them. This is a horrible combination.
Awarded stocks can be recalled from an employee if a director wants to give them to another employee. Who does that?
