Few gems from the solar industry with a lot of good insight. Most team members are however people that Board members have worked with in Cypress and only bring operational value. No industrial or market experience in solar technology
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Listen & learn so they don't have to ask the same questions over and over... also the art of concise, precise, and effective communication.
My coworkers deserve empathy because the leaders are toxic and they induce toxic behaviour - 'Fall in line, or we will make you suffer'. Despite this, I have good camaraderie with other hard workers and sufferers at Enphase.
