More resources, more time on project schedules

less bureaucracy, better work-life balance, less meetings

Discipline at the Board level Fair compensations Cronyism needs to be eliminated

A positive outlook on our jobs not being outsourced and of course company profitability - the two don't have to be mutually exclusive.

Leader ship needs to learn how to build a team, not just how to tear them down.
