What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Increasing the pay for those that do most of the work

Let hubris, they need to realize Cypress Semi and Enphase are very different companies addressing very different markets

no way for them to improve as this is the culture

Stop promoting dishonest and unethical employees. I have gone as far to audit the fraudulent reporting of sales to management and they are unwilling to do anything because of the direct correlation to their quarterly bonuses. Therefore, they are not pursuing these negative actions.

Emotional intelligence - Directors need to know that their behaviour is toxic and the only reason employees don't tell them to their face is because the leaders here have fragile egos, not because they command respect.

Treating employees with fairness and sensitivity. Being organised and consistent to deliver on promises to customers and employees. Better transparency - everyone who's below Director level is wilfully left out of discussions about product launches and Board objectives.
