Stop promoting dishonest and unethical employees. I have gone as far to audit the fraudulent reporting of sales to management and they are unwilling to do anything because of the direct correlation to their quarterly bonuses. Therefore, they are not pursuing these negative actions.

100% Because of Nitish he has removed the ability of my manager to hire and fire employees. There are individuals that are not meeting the sales goals and nothing is done while there are other that exceed the goals and there is a disincentive to pay them. This is a horrible combination.
Awarded stocks can be recalled from an employee if a director wants to give them to another employee. Who does that?

My coworkers deserve empathy because the leaders are toxic and they induce toxic behaviour - 'Fall in line, or we will make you suffer'. Despite this, I have good camaraderie with other hard workers and sufferers at Enphase.

monotonous work, less meetings, impactful work assignment
The culture is toxic and abusive. Sycophancy is the only behaviour that is sometimes rewarded. Meetings needs to end at 5 pm, but they go on till 1 am, which would be reasonable if employees were compensated for it or at least the meetings were productive and had clear objectives.
The outlook at HQ is overwhelmingly pessimistic for the majority of staff.
