I feel like the leadership team is very accessible if I have concerns. They are also transparent and engaged with employees.

When I don't have too many meetings and I can be more productive. Meetings make me less productive than I want to be.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that my counterparts at other companies make more than I do. I know this because those companies have made job offers to me (that include salary numbers). But I love my current job and would not leave.
