Working with my co-workers and being able to assist wherever possible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the constant communication in regards to company updates, new hires
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work cohesively together and I always know if I have a question I can go to my teammates to assist me without hesitation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel management lacks proper communication skills and we do way more than our job title description and do not feel those efforts are recognized.
