Overall my experience at EIQ has been positive and engaging. When I joined EIQ I was concerned about joining remotely - how was I going to feel connected to the team if I never met them in person? I should never have worried. From day one I have felt like I'm a valued member of the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The range of benefits is good. It is comparable with other benefit packages.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The collaboration, first and foremost. We work as a team and each member has a voice and input is encouraged. I also love the supportive nature of our team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is a good balance between meeting and exceeding company goals and a focus on supporting employees to the best of their ability. That isn't always the case in for-profit organizations, and I like that about EnsembleIQ.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The positive nature and focus on interaction and collaboration is very positive. I believe that a culture of performance, innovation, vision, opportunity and teamwork demonstrates a great balance between financial goals and demonstrating a dedication to the wellbeing of the team overall.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people. My colleagues. I have worked in organizations where the focus was on results and results only. That isn't the case at EIQ. There is a focus on the wellbeing of the employees - a genuine care and concern for employees as people. My colleagues are supportive, engaging and upbeat.
