What do you like best about the leadership team?I like the company updates and the feedback we receive. Knowing about the company as a whole makes me feel a part of the EIQ team. I also like the DEI council and how EIQ engages all employees with DEI initiatives.
What makes you most happy at work? The people. My colleagues. I have worked in organizations where the focus was on results and results only. That isn't the case at EIQ. There is a focus on the wellbeing of the employees - a genuine care and concern for employees as people. My colleagues are supportive, engaging and upbeat.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?I love our culture called PIVOT. Everyone has a shared mission and vision. As a leader, I receive leadership training and the expectation that we should support our employees but also hold them accountable to a high performance standard. This is a very collaborative organization!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Really would like to see 401k matching
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? The pay is good, and the ability to earn raises and bonus' is great. I do wish it was a bit higher (like everyone probably does).
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Nothing is going wrong, but work is not something I'd consider to be exciting.
