If i was treated fairly and equal i would be contempt i asked for help so many times the workload was unimanigeble and i stood and keept doing at the best of my ability and always being good at what i do

Owners CANNOT sit around pushing paper and expect success be reflected in their company (ies). Nor can owners expect to keep hiring replacements (large turnover due to dissatisfaction of owner leadership) to cover their thoughts that throwing money at business can make a difference.
