Being able to put a smile or make my patients/customers laugh and to take care of their needs/requests. The same with my co-workers. While performing our duties on a professional respectful manner while in a joyful mood.

the focus of the company is on profits not the people they serve.

New Management and Administration attitudes toward staff

Treat employees better. Most people view the company as a bad place to work

need to look at staffing, how staff are trained, and what each person is responsible for and have it in writing who does what and when as it is now everyone is responsible but no one takes responsibility
