Enterprise Rent-A-Car Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Medical dental great package yeah

I am part time I don't have a package

Some how work very good

Just ok for part time job

401K match up to 4%

I am part time.I am part time because I applied for a part time position.

Cheap prescriptions save a lot of money

Multiple ways to earn money

In 2 years, they increase my wage like 3 times, I started at 14.65,now 2 years after $17.50.

We are paid very well

As in all ways being covered well

Yearly market share and 401k comp

Paid time off, bereavement pay, retirement, insurance, etc

My medical and dental insurance

Paid regularly and on time.

Comission based pay and company car

The car rental discounts and health benefits.

The 401k and paid days off.

The PTO and vacation time!

The retirement match is actually not that bad. I think the vision insurance is a little lack luster but I have found they really all seem to be that way. The paid time off for me being a stay at home employee could be a few extra days but overall not a bad benefits package.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I do appreciate the benefits but they're not anything special. I understand this could change with promotion, but feel there could be more understanding with time off requests for doctors appointments etc. As for the hourly wage, starting a livable minimum: enough to pay bills but not much left over

Underpaid, horrible insurance. They took $200/month out of my paycheck monthly for UHC insurance and denied every claim, so it was like not having insurance at all.

The annual rise is skipped commonly. Rate of merit is not included in benefits information.

If it was more related to the cost of living

Enterprise maintains the gold standard of achieving success and should have an employee pay schedule envied by many good men and women who are willing to become the flesh and blood of that very success.

Pay should be higher in today's market. People flipping burgers make more money!! We drive 30-80k cars, and provide clean cars especially during COVID. That's alot of responsibility for 13 bucks/hr. Should be at least 15. Also, reviews are not timely. Management needs to address this.

Review from Operations Dept

Higher pay based off location. No sense of appreciation.

hard work, dont pay fairly and of couse, hours hours hours for nothing

More pay and the opportunity to growth

Low starting wage until tou get promoted

Due to pandemic and inflation, prices have gone up. I think the pay is less according to how much work we do and how much we work hard.

Yes, treat the employees fairly & with respect.

If they paid more than 11 an hour

Review from Sales Dept

No compensation for additional products we sell if you're a management trainee

Pay higher and promote fairly

Manager level work at minimum lay

I wish my commission was higher or at least stable. In don't even know what I make

Salary ranges can limit rewarding employees who add value

Driver's don't make Enterprise sales it's all about the sales and numbers

Work life balance! Working with Enterprise mentally almost killed me.
