We get to drive cars a lot to get oil changes and repairs, pick up customers, and swap with other branches. Driving for me is nice because it breaks up the day for me and i get alone time
I get to drive around my state, see beautiful landscape, meet new people & get paid to do it. Great job for me.

To be able to encourage others. I see things in people that that they may not recognize in themselves. I see people working extremely hard to do a good job, or someone who is kind, etc., People aren't always acknowledged for the good that they do. Life can be tough, everyone needs encouragement.
When everyone is on the same page to keep the work flow running smooth and if there's more than just one detailer expected to do all the work while the workers in the front are enjoying the air conditioned air sitting around chatting doing nothing.
