What makes me most happy at work is when everyone on the team is supporting and encouraging one another, celebrating accomplishments and cheering each other on.

I have a coworker or two I really like. Seeing them and that's it.

The people, the culture - caring yet driven for excellence

Smiling, having fun and greeting my customers and taking a minute or two to talk to my coworker drivers

Working togather as a team

Doing my best for my office team

The work flow is at a great pace.

Working with all the different types of people, and the camaraderie most of the drivers have with each other.

We get to drive cars a lot to get oil changes and repairs, pick up customers, and swap with other branches. Driving for me is nice because it breaks up the day for me and i get alone time

I get to drive around my state, see beautiful landscape, meet new people & get paid to do it. Great job for me.

My coworkers are amazing. That's the best part about getting up and going to work.

To be able to encourage others. I see things in people that that they may not recognize in themselves. I see people working extremely hard to do a good job, or someone who is kind, etc., People aren't always acknowledged for the good that they do. Life can be tough, everyone needs encouragement.

When everyone is on the same page to keep the work flow running smooth and if there's more than just one detailer expected to do all the work while the workers in the front are enjoying the air conditioned air sitting around chatting doing nothing.

Hire a more productive and supportive HR team and Management team. They condone and bad behavior, in order to not address the issue, they run off great workers. The good employees get reprimanded for bringing up issues. There's low morale at the work place. In our Temecula store

Keep managers in one position longer so they gain experience with employees and how to manage his/her work force fairly

I feel that the company is tricking college students to work for them and once they are there they feel that they will succeed but the job itself is only washing cars and selling insurances while wearing a suit and tie.

Better hourly rate. Fair, obtainable goals for commissions. Ethical sales. Punishment of employees that blatantly deserve it.
