Make us comparable to the same companies
They need to treat you with respect
Most emportantly increase my hourly pay by $15. Give back all life benefits like stolen vacation/sick time. Reduce the steps to top out by half. Lower our excessively high medical premiums. Annual tool and training allotment. Sanitary lavatories please!
A livable wage this place makes you feel like a second class citizen.

The area I work is getting paid way less than the same area but for American airlines employees, even though its the same company. NOT FAIR!

Fairness always play a significant role
Complaining to management gets no results. Things must be escalated to Texas in writing to get them to do anything.
Because our hard work is overshadowed by little errors we make . Management does not appreciate our work they're power hungry.
More benefits for a job that is ever revolving. More lunches or snacks offered since most of the employees are college students also.

Well they slashed our quarterly bonus and won't pay us our geo for all hours worked

If the pay allowed its employees the ability to live off of a 40 hr work week. Employees are stretched to work 60hr work weeks in order to keep above water. Senior employees often seem stressed and have to work through injury and fatigue.
