Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that new employees are getting paid way more than I am and I don't understand why.

Work from home policies can be improved. Larger stock options for all employees. Larger 401k match. Paying workers more often rather than once/month. More vacation days for all employees. 10/year to start is really troubling.

Tons of buildings, each has a different theme. Such as jungle, alice in wonderland, oz, dungeons and dragons, wizards, etc.
