I believe if they took just a little bit more time training people on the forefront they would have a better outcome. I also believe when you're caring, more helpful and personable people want to do they best for you and that would also lead to a healthier more propelled culture at EQ

Stop staring at your phones, socializing, and flirting & do your jobs. Follow health department and OSHA rules. Change your fitness/fascist/Leni Riefenstahlesque youth-centric marketing imagery. Actually be inclusive instead of phoning it in.

pay supervisors better for responsibilities and some employee appreciation in Toronto

License the spa. Fix the air conditioning so you stop spreading COVID. Fix the moldy, water damaged flooring. Don't force therapists to give their work away without fair compensation.

I believe that my responsibilities and skills in another industry would be compensated at least $50k higher

I work in kids club and I should make commission based off of how many kids I have returning to me week after week

They just making it a better place to work and make us feel comfortable make us wanna come to work we don't feel like that when we get here because we're not respected as maintenance crew honestly

Properties aren't maintained at the level necessary and customers aren't treated well.

Stop allowing people with no experience to lead, because their mom and dad work for the company.
