What is the best part about your compensation package? The vision insurance is good
What are some of the best things about your team? They are all supportive and kind
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? It is clean and comfortable
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? The owners are still involved at a management level (when they feel like it.) They have a primitive mindset They are not aware They do not know there employees. Get intouch with the pulse of your own company or hire someone who can.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Listening. Creating a " we" mentality instead of a "me" mentality. Being loyal to those who have been loyal to them. Hiring within and giving opportunity to those who have shown they are ready to take on the challange of positive growth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel under valued because there is no room for growth...no positive feedback only "constructive" criticism. The corporate office is fear based in there management style. They are afraid of anyone who questions any system even if it is just for your own undetstanding. There is no value in that!
