What makes you most happy at work?Customers that have positive energy . Seeing drivers being so helpful and active
What are some of the best things about your team? The drivers and dock workers are amazing! They all work very hard
What did you like most about the interview process?Nothing extraordinary about it. Just an interview
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Paying their engineers more and providing more substantive benefits. The cost of living has gone significantly up and "free lunch" at the corporate office doesn't pay the bills
What would you improve about your company's interview process? Not very user friendly. Filters out too many possible candidates due to the algorithm design set to look for a unicorn employee that would never work for these amateurs merely because they expect miracles for McDonalds money.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Slowly sinking ship that will wind up at the mercy of a labor union sooner or later and that will put them out of business due to their poor decision making.
