There is not outlook or plan the company just treads water.
Esurance is dissolving into Allstate.
Management is lacking and where they lack for support they overcompensate by micromanaging

Management is not giving any value to the work that is done if you are not part of the group of people that are favored by them
Dread going to work. I have many projects that keep me busy while others in my group seem to have more time on their hands and talk throughout the day. I feel overwhelmed with my workload.
Management is very insulting and non clear what needs to be done
