I have been dealing with a manager at a ewc franchise and she likes to bully new workers there. Insulting our intelligence and throwing subliminal threats about being fired.

When my manager is not there.

I would fire the manager
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because my manager cares about eveyone elses mental health besides me and other new girls. Feels very degrading
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
One of them tends to be rude to me and threw away a piece of my property and continued to be rude after.
