If compensation was raised so it could be considered LIVABLE. Company makes $558 and in return we get $11 minus tax. Horrible
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication, More training, and Less greed. Get rid of regional favorites and let everyone feel appreciated. Waxers are overworked and under paid of course due to poor 3 day training.
