I honestly could go on forever talking about EWC and how much I love it. It's more than a job it's truly a lifestyle of being unapologetically confident and creating that in your team. I talk about EWC constantly. I started as a GSA 4 years ago and have grown in my career tremendously.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We work together as a region and support eachother in our group chats
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of the managers love their job and they truly put in the work and want to succeed. We have fun
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a GSA it was no cap on commission so I was paid $9/hr but was actually making about $23/hr. Now in upper management and we get monthly bonuses and there is a clear path on how to max out your bonuses
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have learned more from my Director of Operations than I did throughout college. Not just about waxing but how to run a business, how to inspire people, how to have difficult conversations, financial planning, the list goes on. She has believed in me and challenged me in so many ways.
