Team helps eachother out. We stick together and support eachother because our franchisee does not support us.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Our franchisee needs to go to workshops or additional training to learn how to effectively motivate and inspire team. She is very negative and unprofessional with clientele

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We are franchisee chooses to speak to employees and guests is appalling. It seems there is no oversight from corporate whatsoever. Benefits should not be the bottom of the barrel. We cannot even see any vacation time we accrue on our paychecks. In Massachusetts we are supposed to receive overtime.
