What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of us have been working together for a couple years and we are a team. Besides the franchisee. We have eachothers back, and when we need to train new people we step aside from our busy schedules to support or help one another
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The franchisee makes constant mistakes and blames the employees. Has us work more than what our job title intels. She has no customer service to work the front desk. She wrongfully writes people up, and talks to us in a disrespectful manner. I can go on and on.
