What did you like most about the interview process?
Openness and access to information and people.
Meeting new people that inspire us. We work hard to find the best, sharpest people that will be a great fit within our family (team). Finding, assessing and "winning" great talent is one of the most important things we do.
Varies based on who you meet with. Sometimes it's a great interview, sometimes it is not.
It was seamless. I interviewed with a few employees and instantly felt welcome.
I only needed to go in for two rounds of interviews; all key decision makers were available at one of those points
