Everbridge Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

PTO, healthcare, employee stock and 401k

Review from HR Dept

good base; good variable; good healthcare

Review from Sales Dept

I don't know how to answer this

Review from Sales Dept

Bonus based on quota is a nice perk

Review from Engineering Dept

The new 401k match is great!

Review from Engineering Dept

The benefits like health insurance are very good.

Review from Customer Success Dept

The pay and the ability to take time off as needed.

Review from IT Dept

My salary and bonus are competitive.

Review from HR Dept

Regular Stock Grants and annual bonuses

Review from Finance Dept

I'm paid well and the quarterly bonus is wonderful.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Flexible time and schedule in my position.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Overall salary. I wish the bonus structure would change based on tenure.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I enjoy receiving equity and the Corporate Bonus Plan because it makes me feel I have part ownership in the success of the company.

Review from HR Dept

10% annual bonus of salary

Review from HR Dept

Variable compensation portion of my comp

Review from Executive Dept

Being included in the equity and bonus plans

Review from HR Dept

nothing stands out to me

Review from Operations Dept

Would always like more than 2% as it didn't reflect the work done. The ESP was added on which helped.

Review from Operations Dept

Good balance between base pay, bonus and equity

Review from Engineering Dept

Having RSUs further invests me in the future of our company.

Review from HR Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Paid a salary that is market level & not have large reductions in compensation from year to year.

Review from Admin Dept

It's below the market average

Review from Product Dept

My workload has increased significantly but my pay increase is 2.5%

Review from Customer Success Dept

I feel that work and projects continue to be shifted onto my plate without fair compensation. I feel that a fair pay raise would make me feel better about my compensation.

Review from Finance Dept

Pay people for the job that they are doing, understand a title change is not compensation

Review from Customer Success Dept

Salary significantly (~50k) lower than industry average for my experience level

Review from Design Dept

Below the industry standard pay raises despite high output and performance. My compensation compared to full time equivalent in the corporate sector is almost 40% lower. I will feel better when I am paid the industry standard.

Review from Customer Success Dept

not being so over worked and micro managed

Review from IT Dept

My compensation is below my peers, my employment history, and job offers for similar positions with other SaaS companies

Review from Business Development Dept

about 30% less than the tech industry of 270-300K

Review from Sales Dept

Salary.com puts the base salary range for my position between $97-175k annually. I don't make anything close to that bottom number. I would feel better about my compensation if it was anywhere near the middle of that range, but I don't even make the bottom.

Review from Communications Dept

We were promised equal pay to our counterparts- these discussions were over several months with different managment. Instead we received newly created postions (with no job description) and said our team duties didnt align so they could avoid paying us what had been discussed. Bait and switch

Review from Operations Dept

I feel the cost of living has not been taken into account. We are always told that the cost of living in the US is higher so they are paid considerably more, but when researched that does not ring true. Anyone outside of the US will find it harder to gain promotions or be considered for positions.

Review from Customer Support Dept

As a female manager its taken me longer to be promoted and when I was finally promoted it was during a year in which were doing cut backs and not giving raises like we used to. Its disappointing to feel like im doing the same as male colleagues but not making as much

Review from Customer Success Dept

If promises were kept. Nothing worse than receiving a fifth of the compensation you were told you were getting and missing your promised promotion even though your workload and responsibility has increased.

Review from Operations Dept

I had a clear promotion plan in 2021 and then my manager resigned and the leadership of our team changed and since then i have not been appreciated for the work i have done and no feedback has been provided when i asked what i should improve.

Review from Marketing Dept

Our salaries are below the market compensation, and lower than our counterparts within the company itself.

Review from Operations Dept

Higher base pay for BDRs. We are below the median for the market.

Review from Business Development Dept

Being paid fairly for what I actually do and the amount of responsibilities that I have.

Review from Communications Dept

Very few perks, compared to other companies I have worked at.
