This company also offers benefits beyond the salary, including balanced time off. As a small company, Evereve is very competitive with similar sized companies.
Better discount for employees is needed. 30% off is not competitive and fast food employees make more per hour than we do.

I sell a lot for the company and I am high performer. It would be nice to work towards bonuses or more compensation.
For how hard we are expected to push clothes at our customer and spend so much time styling to make large sales, commission would make sense.
Benefits? They give ZERO benefits, they also go out of their way trying to hire part-time hourly help vs promoting a seasoned (2+ years at Evereve) employee to a full time position that would give the benefits they need. Benefits cost the employer & Evereve would rather lose you than give benefits
