Love my co-workers and my new manager but the company needs to invest in itself. IF you are not in the midwest you do not have real-time support for HR, customer support, technical issues. The quality of Evereve-label clothes is not good but prices/inventory go up instead of better selling brands

Helping someone who doesn't feel good about their body find an outfit that they look fantastic in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better discount for employees is needed. 30% off is not competitive and fast food employees make more per hour than we do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Unlike prior managers, my manager takes an interest in her team's growth and lives outside work. Upper management does not provide the tools needed for our store (training, visual marketing supplies, input into inventory)
