The leadership team needs to invest and listen to the employees. If you work in the Seattle area the Market Manager doesnt care about anyone, but herself. She doesnt acknowlege you if you are just a stylist. She does not apperciate anyones work.

Needs to embrace a narrative that includes people of color, LGBTQ+, non-Christian, and other communities. Don't just give lip service to authenticity. Learn ways to lead that are not passive aggressive.
Better discount for employees is needed. 30% off is not competitive and fast food employees make more per hour than we do.

Keep the gossip out of work - about each other and especially the customers.
Our store manager was manipulating, cold, and would gossip about other employees to employees working on the sales floor, brought a lot of personal problems and drama to work, took out problems on others.

Toxic and hostile work culture - mean girls. Get better at hiring real genuinely nice people especially in higher positions. Theres nowhere for employees to go to when management is the cause of being treated poorly and unprofessionally.
With a slow move toward more justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion in the United States, EVEREVE lags far behind. Right now, they don't need customers from other demographics than the white customers they currently attract. But that will not remain sustainable. They refuse to change.
