What is the best part about your compensation package?

The commission percentages are high but that is because no one comes close to making their goals.

We have several levels of opportunity to increase our base salary commensurate with goal acheivement. The commission opps are substantial as well and incentivize over goal acheivement.

Medical, Dental & Vision is all covered 100%. I love the idea of the stock options but wish I had a better understanding of their actual potential value.
