Sticking with a go-to market strategy. Understand your positioning in the employee advocacy marketplace as a stand alone solution. STOP OVER HIRING and STOP letting high quality people go, it is ruining your business and company. Your company morale is horrible.

They don't know their own business. They seem really nice at first but they are passive aggressive.
They need to understand their business better so they don't hire a bunch of new people and then turn around and lay off 20% of the company in the aame quarter. They also need to get better at being honest. Much of what they say when recruiting talent simply isn't the truth.

The closing rate is very low.
It would be a good idea to get more diversity. Mostly men, many are Morman and many are from same former company.
Very homogenous group so diversity would be good.

Stop promoting the people that are responsible for running the business into the ground.
Due to 20% of company being laid off, morale at all time low. They are way off of their numbers still and seems like more layoffs to come. Most seem to be exploring other options because don't trust current management team based on way it went down.

Hire competent mew leadership that can help get this truck out of the ditch. It doesn't take a brain surgeon to diagnose this....
I would like to see the exec team understand their business better and operate with integrity.
