ability to work from home. employer contributions up to $2000 a year to HSA fund. 3 weeks vacation to start. evicore will also pay for 16 hours per year for you to volunteer in the community.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They raised starting pay for new hires, but tenured employees pay was not increased at the same rate

I believe working for an insurance company you should have the best policy.

Pay workers more and bonuses should be fair across board.

Pay your RNs their worth. Don't make an excuse that they get paid 20% less because they are WFH.

Docs save millions of dollars using their decades of learning and training. Should be paid more! This work is not easy and very cerebral
