I believe working for an insurance company you should have the best policy.
Pay workers more and bonuses should be fair across board.
Pay your RNs their worth. Don't make an excuse that they get paid 20% less because they are WFH.
Communication. We all root for each other and help each other out when needed.

Co workers are busy every second of every day with little help from supervisors on complicated issues.
By building the morale via collaboration and team meetings. Management should actually having a game plan for the meeting, so it can be executed properly.

The lack of consistency , no time for team meetings or one on one meetings with your manager due to the high call volume , taking time off is a pain if even approved withut begging your supervisor
