Communication. This company is extremely big on communication, work life balance and they take care of their employees.

They were very patient with their nurses.

They seem to communicate clearly what the priorities are.

Compensation and recognition for employees who have been there for years

Leading and stop micromanagement treat good employees with respect and stop the favoritism.

Being aware of their employees job duties and policies. Don't punish everyone for one person's bad work ethic.

Getting more invested in individual success and rewarding/recognizing both teams and department spanning projects

They raised starting pay for new hires, but tenured employees pay was not increased at the same rate

shorter contract to hire timeline

I believe working for an insurance company you should have the best policy.

Pay workers more and bonuses should be fair across board.

Pay your RNs their worth. Don't make an excuse that they get paid 20% less because they are WFH.

By building the morale via collaboration and team meetings. Management should actually having a game plan for the meeting, so it can be executed properly.

Being able to be open and honest with my interviewer about my current status related to nursing and how I felt burned out in the field of nursing and hands on care.

The intervewer gave me the opportunity to discuss my experience in customer service and gave me the option to provide value and work ethics

Lack of leadership could be vastly improved. Communication with employees would help.

The lack of consistency , no time for team meetings or one on one meetings with your manager due to the high call volume , taking time off is a pain if even approved withut begging your supervisor

The higher up, and executives get more money, even with the entry level doing all of the work.
