Lack of leadership could be vastly improved. Communication with employees would help.
The lack of consistency , no time for team meetings or one on one meetings with your manager due to the high call volume , taking time off is a pain if even approved withut begging your supervisor
The higher up, and executives get more money, even with the entry level doing all of the work.
