Leadership enjoys socializing together and that is their best trait (probably why they don't want to do remote work), but this doesn't make up for not listening to expertise on the team or to users to make an actually valuable product.
Open forum atmosphere with the leadership team. We speak and they listen to our thoughts and suggestions.

The most enjoyable part of being on a team is being listening to and helping to build something. Despite being one of the most experienced in many fields, I was more often than not ignored. I was never given shares, one bonus in 4 years; even more time off would help. I would like consistent raises.
Have not received a review/raise in over 18 months nor has anyone explained how bonuses are determined
My specific team was good at their jobs, and so were all of non management. My team had great collaboration, freedom, listening and everyone wanted to build the right product. We also had a lot of fun together, remote and in person. (It's easier to have fun remotely when we feel valued.)
Meetings tend to go off into various tangents instead of staying on point and focused.
All employees seem to come in upbeat and ready to work. Outside life problems seem to stay at the door and aren't brought into the office.
The company is incredibly lucky to have talented employees under management. Management should use all of our talents instead of decide what to do blindly, with no data or expertise. You can't mask toxic family dynamics with 'company culture' and a night out or in-office banter.
It was low stress and conversational.
Met with the decision makers of the company and decisions was quick and decisive. I also didn't feel that they were looking for a "unicorn" for the position. Looking for somebody that was a fit culturally as well as for the position
Hiring managers are both logical and empathic

It's simple. Get real user feedback and use the talents of your team members to their greatest potential. Iterate products following known product development practices. Reduce how often you do rebrandings or new color schemes. Find ways to make sure staff feel safe to speak honestly.
