Mr. Robert J. Dzielak serves as an Executive Vice President of Orbitz Worldwide, Inc. Mr. Dzielak has been an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Expedia Inc. since April 2012. He served as Partner of Preston Gates & Ellis LLP. He served as Senior Vice President and acting General Counsel of Expedia since October 2011. He served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Expedia from February 2007 to October 2011. He joined Expedia as Assistant General Counsel in April 2006. Mr. Dzielak held primary responsibility for the worldwide litigation portfolio of Expedia and its brands. Prior to joining Expedia, he served as a Partner at the law firm of Preston, Gates and Ellis, LLP (now K&L Gates LLP), where his practice focused on commercial and intellectual property litigation. He has been a Temporary Member of the Supervisory Board at trivago N.V. since September 18, 2017. Mr. Dzielak received his J.D. from The John Marshall Law school.
