Review from HR Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

i should b paid more

Review from Operations Dept

Compensation is highly appreciate it for extra efforts done. Meaning OT

Review from Sales Dept

I am making the same amount of money I was making in 2016

Review from Sales Dept

Its a corporate company. Driven by stockholders

Review from Sales Dept

More economic/off time as an incentive

Review from IT Dept

The pay and other companies are more competitive.

Review from Operations Dept

Compensation has to match as per market standards and experience wise promotions

Review from HR Dept

I know that I could be paid more elsewhere but I enjoy working here so I will do it for less. That said, I was promoted last year to a manager and am now paid what I should have been paid not as a mgr. Either getting bumped up to a reasonable amount or moved to director would make me feel better

Review from HR Dept

I am not paid the same as others that do the same job and provide the same value to our clients. My pay is lower due to the initial pay I started at when moving to Experian.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I do feel I should be paid more for my role. I took a pay cut to work here but the Experian family is worth it.

Review from Customer Success Dept

Solution Consultants on a sales team should be on a sales plan. As it is today, we have no way to directly impact our success. Motivation was lost when our sales plan was taken away.

Review from Sales Dept

promotion to manager since i'm already doing manager work

Review from Finance Dept

I believe that my compensation should be increased based on the number of years I've been at the job, my reliability, my efficiency and high quality of work, and wanting to learn and do more.

Review from Operations Dept

I feel based off of other comparable positions at other companies, the pay scale here is lower. I would like to see more promotions within the department.

Review from Operations Dept

Experian should aspire to be on the top employers not only because of its culture, but also because their compensation and salary competitiveness.

Review from HR Dept

Better compensation package and promotions

Review from HR Dept

When hired I asked for a certain salary that is only a few dollars more than what I was making as a consultant. I was not given it and not told why, but kept in the same dollar range as before. I proved myself in the year that I was consulting, so did not understand the drawback.

Review from Operations Dept

I would like to be in line with others in the same role.

Review from HR Dept

I have been contacted by companies searching for my level of experience who were offering me 35-50k more than I make now. I know that I am worth more than I make but I enjoy working here a lot. If that changes (or anything major does) I would probably start looking.

Review from HR Dept

Higher salary for my larger scope of work
