Good pay with possible raises each year
The benefits here are great.
Im paid a fair wage and you get the incentive bonus once a month which helps out
The stock compensation is a very valuable part of total compensation.
I believe the company does it's best to align our comp with the market. I am fortunate to have a good mix of compensation + bonus. Would be nice to see Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

Cool people to just be around
Everyone is so helpful and willing to help one another.
The team was great. They supported me the entire way, I looked forward to talking to them.
The property management and assistants are the force that keeps this company moving very under appreciated.

Cant think of anything. Bad bonus structure. Made more with life storage before conversion

It was very thorough. You could see that the company was working to not only hire the right person but to find someone that represented the company's values.
