What is the best part about your compensation package?
There are several paid holidays and opportunities for PTO, and really awesome benefits.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The person who interviewed me was attentive, thoughtful, and asked questions that were very relevant to myself and the position. Overall a very meaningful interview process -- when I was hired I felt genuinely valued.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always in communication, with each other as well as with other teams in the office, so we are almost always in sync and get to wear many hats by working closely with other departments.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being able to have a comfortable work routine while still being able to stretch my skills and learn something new each day. There is so much room and support for growth. I also love my bosses and coworkers!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at FaceFirst works closely with employees to empower us and ensure we have all the materials to succeed. They provide ample opportunities to grow our skills without having unrealistic expectations of what we will deliver. Overall very nurturing while still promoting independence.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a very supportive work environment that is professional but not uptight. My coworkers are both productive and personable -- we have a good time together while still getting our work done. Things like office lunches and weekly pastries help to bring us together.
