The only good leaders are the ones that run the departments, the Operations and Hotel directors are at odds with each other and create discord in the lower ranks

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Scheduling, managing, being smart, sticking to their word
There is no leadership in my opinion. I have no idea how management got into their specified roles..but absolutely un-professional and horrible leadership from those who are supposed to be setting an example.
