What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Scheduling, managing, being smart, sticking to their word
There is no leadership in my opinion. I have no idea how management got into their specified roles..but absolutely un-professional and horrible leadership from those who are supposed to be setting an example.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes i feel extremely under valued
Salary should compensate the high standards to comply with happiness
A higher starting salary for the level of energy and responsibility required to excel.
I think that the PayScale varies way too much and isn't based on job performance rather how long an employee has been with the company, and in turn leading to many disagreements and feelings of being cheated by those who work hard and get paid less simply due to the date of which they were employed.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They couod show uo to their shift and complain less
Unfortuanately, I feel as though there is a severe lack of professionalism, and the interior foundation of the team itself is built on a weak foundation of managerial employees, hence leading to many problems in all areas of my team and co-workers relationships.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everything, comoletely fake corportate culture
New management that can bring a level of professionalism and create boundaries and handle stressful situations with a calm and confident attitude, and therefore lead the rest of the team by example and not empty words.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They try to convince you that its a terrible job. You should believe them

Settle the strike it has been going on for too long
