What is the best part about your compensation package?

The Long Term Incentives program is fantastic

There is a long term incentive plan

Health insurance is the best part. Unlimited PTO is not unlimited as they state.

The benefits are amazing. Cant beat them. Medical health dental etc...

Decent salary, with yearly salary reviews, bonuses, stock options, unlimited paid leave, 10% time, hackathons.

The company covers our health insurance!

Benefits are amazing. $0 premiums with relatively low deductibles for a PPO. That's really unheard of at large corporations these days.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

After being at Fanduel for three years I've grown to take on a lot more responsibility and job requirements from people and managers who are no longer in my team but have not been recognized fairly for compensation and promotions.
