Everything. Need to establish reasonable goals.
They should replace themselves with leaders that have experience and are proven.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
After being at Fanduel for three years I've grown to take on a lot more responsibility and job requirements from people and managers who are no longer in my team but have not been recognized fairly for compensation and promotions.
