The Long Term Incentives program is fantastic

There is a long term incentive plan
Health insurance is the best part. Unlimited PTO is not unlimited as they state.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all get along very well
Our team works well together even if we all don't always see eye to eye.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people at fanduel are smart, innovative, helpful, communicative, and fun
Everyone is very chill and gets along well
Our managers are always positive and try to work with everyone and keep the environment happy and healthy.

I like to get to know the people interviewing me.

FanDuel was quick. I went through 4 rounds in one week and received an offer by the end of Friday. This is insanely quick and appears to be the norm after talking to others within the company.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning new things and the customers.
Working with great people, solving problems and a fun product.
Being able to build something new and exciting.
I love just being able to watch sports! I like interacting with the customers and discussing sports related topics with them.
