my knowledge of this answer can only be based on 2 people that I know that have been with the company 3 years and they speak of no raises.
You never get a raise because Faneuil does not appreciate their seasoned employees.

I am not sure. I know when SIT positions were open they posted the offering.

I get to work at the worlds most famous beach with great co workers. I get to meet and greet happy beach goes and get to share in their positive energy.
