Value employees and incentivize them to grow. Get rid of the waste and be less risk averse.

VPs promote Directors that don’t challenge them and have mediocre performance. Directors are simply a pass through from VPs to Manager

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The company froze merit increases during a time where they are making record profits. The company is not valuing its employees or their contributions.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Reduce the noise for Managers. This role is squeezed by both sides, having constant fire drills of senior management and dealing with complaints of direct reports.
