What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership needs to compensate their employees well. FHI 360 executive salaries are high and all others are poorly compensated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to see parity between the salaries for gender, race and the same job function and responsibilities in other companies
FHI360 benefits are less than if you look at what other international organisations are offering
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Be more open to new ideas and different ways of doing business. Complaining does not get anything done.

Slow internal processes that actually hamper innovation and creativity.

Photographing the analysis of the evaluations and carrying out monitoring and evaluation
