In my opinion the company does care about its mision statement and what they stand for not much promoting and in return shows there is no care for the employees and shows a lack of care in the work ethic

The customers welcoming them into the store with a hello amd welcome to firehouse

The intervierer was very positive and upbeat made me feel i would fit intonthe postion well

Very easy going, talk out issues we have have at the moment, have a group texting for easy employee tlak access
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Having weekly and monthly work meetings, promoting product sales, show joy in prepparing sandwiches for the customers proper training procedures scheduling in a timely manner
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I voice my concerns amd opnions they are handled litlely. I feel i should be paid more hourly, benefits amd 401k would be nice also
