too much of bonus pay has to do w overall performance. my group is very profitable, but company hasn't been doing so well, So we're penalized by their performance.
dealing with a software product cobbled together from pieces that range in age from 20 to 30 years. only possible remedy would be a ground-up rework. which would probably not be profitable.
